About

My name is Sarah. I’m a college student who functions just enough to write down things she thinks are important. I’m a brunette, lover of British humor, picky about cop dramas, aspiring significant person, and future kickass journalist.

I attend Stetson University as a communication and media studies major with a focus and minor in journalism. I’m currently a staff member of Stetson’s student-run print newspaper, The Reporter.  I like to do a lot of things, but the things that take up most of my time are writing for fun, writing for the paper, writing for school, watching netflix, and trying not to eat everything in sight.

This blog is a lot of things to me, but it’s mostly just a record of thoughts. There are lists, rants, weekly posts, pictures, and a whole slew of other little things that make up my life. A lot of what I write about pertains to my body, because weight and body image are two things that I’m really struggling with and have been battling for years. I also write a lot about news, and a lot about music. You will probably see the words “The Beatles” come up in my posts and tags a few dozen times.

I’m also a thrifting enthusiast, so you’ll often see me in outfits that have been entirely compiled of thrifted purchases. I have a unique, cute vintage/hippie chic hybrid style, so I thrive off of thrift store purchases. I make trips weekly, which is not great for my budget but fabulous for my wardrobe.

One other thing I love is making new friends. You can contact me in a variety of ways, first of all being
